I wanted to say something that I have been thinking about today, how someone who might be born blind would learn to live by all of their other senses. Mainly touch; they would come to be much more familiar with how things of this world feel, probably more than the rest of us.
When someone asks me how I can believe in something I cannot see, I would say that it is not about what you can see, but about what you can feel and experience when you are not looking with your eyes, but looking with your heart.
Prov 3:5: Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
Heb 11:1: Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
2 Corinthians 5:6-7: So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight.
